Motorcycle routes in Utrecht

Utrecht is a great province for a motorcycle ride. The province is centrally located in the Netherlands, so you can ride to the province from almost anywhere in the country for a day of motorcycling. Utrecht means space and lots of nature. The Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park covers a large part of the province. We have listed a number of beautiful routes through the smallest province in our country. Our three favourite routes

1. TOUR OF UTRECHT

The most beautiful way to get to know the province is this 194-kilometre tour. The route starts in Elst in the far south-east of Utrecht. You will get to know the Utrecht Ridge, as well as the Loosdrechtse Plassen, and you will follow the winding river Lek from Schoonhoven back to Elst on your motorcycle.

2. HILL RIDGE ROUTE

This route is less than 100 kilometres and can easily be ridden in a morning or afternoon. You will ride your motorcycle through the beautiful landscape of the Utrecht hill ridge and the lateral moraine landscape of Het Gooi.

3. GOOI AND VECHT ROUTE

The Gooi region lies on the border of the provinces of North Holland and Utrecht. Combined with the Utrecht Vecht region, this area provides a beautiful route of 137 kilometres. You will ride through the greenery in the area around Hilversum, Blaricum and Laren, but you will also ride along the Gooimeer lake and the route will take you along the most beautiful small roads around the Vinkeveense plassen lakes.
